These terms apply when you access or use VELA websites, apps, dashboards, API endpoints, residential routing products, streaming access products, support channels, or any related documentation.
By using VELA, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific terms shown in the dashboard, checkout, or order form.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by authorized team members or devices connected to your credentials.
- Keep passwords, API keys, and device credentials confidential.
- Do not share access outside your permitted household, team, or contract scope.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Billing
Paid consumer plans renew on the billing cycle shown at purchase until cancelled. Business services may follow order-form, contract, or dashboard billing terms. Prices may change prospectively, but changes do not rewrite charges already incurred.
- Taxes, processor fees, or currency conversion costs may apply depending on your location and payment method.
- Refunds, credits, and trial offers are handled under the commercial terms shown at checkout or in the dashboard.
- We may suspend access for failed payments, chargebacks, or fraud-risk events.
Usage rules
VELA is designed for lawful residential connectivity and streaming access use cases. You must not use the service for malware delivery, credential abuse, spam, fraud, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scraping, copyright infringement, or other illegal conduct.
Important: Access to a streaming service still depends on the policies of that service, your plan, territory restrictions, and the technical state of the network at the time of use.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility with every third-party service, or error-free access at all times. Planned maintenance, abuse prevention, upstream outages, product changes, or third-party restrictions may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELA disclaims indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, by posting a notice in the dashboard or website.
