Illegal activity
You must not use VELA to commit, facilitate, or conceal unlawful activity. That includes fraud, identity theft, sanctions evasion, stalking, harassment, child exploitation, trafficking, or any other criminal or civil wrong.
Abuse and attacks
- No malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, phishing, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or exploit delivery.
- No denial-of-service, infrastructure overload, port scanning, vulnerability scanning without authorization, or network interference.
- No attempts to bypass platform limits, impersonate VELA, or resell access outside the scope of your plan or contract.
Content and rights
You are responsible for content accessed, transmitted, or stored through your use of the service. You must respect intellectual property rights, privacy rights, platform rules, and contractual obligations you owe to third parties.
Streaming note: VELA provides connectivity. Whether a title, platform, or territory is available still depends on the policies and rights model of the third-party service.
Automation and scraping
Consumer streaming plans are not intended for high-volume scraping, crawling, traffic laundering, or bulk automation. Business or operator use cases must stay within the order form, product scope, and separate anti-abuse controls communicated by VELA.
Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal, technical, or reputational risk. We may cooperate with regulators, payment providers, upstream vendors, and law enforcement where required.
